Stephanie Walls is an accomplished healthcare operations professional with more than 20 years of experience directing the day-to-day administration of outpatient and multispecialty clinics. Specializing in staff leadership, organizational design and change management, and clinical workflow efficiency, Mrs. Walls serves as a vital bridge between clinical teams and administrative operations. Her extensive background in outpatient and multispecialty clinic management allows her to build seamless workflows that put patient care first. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed multi-site operating budgets, spearheaded staff training and development, and continuously improved clinical quality outcomes. She holds a master's degree in labor and human resources from The Ohio State University and is dedicated to fostering patient-first environments that maximize productivity and fiscal health.
Sandra
Medical Assistant
Sandra recently graduated from Keiser University with a 3.96 GPA and an associate degree in medical assisting. She has worked in pediatrics, a lymphedema clinic, and spine and pain care at medical centers. Her professional background also includes customer service, sales, serving, credit repair, tree work, painting, furniture assembly, and other hands-on projects.
A lifelong Florida resident, she has lived in several areas throughout Central Florida and is the proud mother of three amazing children. She looks forward to working with Dr. Brooks and all of his patients.
